Exchange / Return Policy

We have a 3-day exchange or return policy, which means you can request a replacement or return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must share a photo or video of the product showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect).

  • The invoice must be provided at the time of pickup.

Once opened or consumed, products are not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene and food safety standards.

Exchange / Return Accepted Only In These Cases:

✅ The product is damaged or leaked during delivery.
✅ You received the wrong item.
✅ The product has expired upon delivery.

If your return is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address. You’ll be notified of the pickup schedule in advance.

Replacement / Exchange Timeline

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after pickup.

  • For returns, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as we prepare each batch fresh to order.

If your cancellation request is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 working days.

Delivery Discrepancies

If you face any delivery-related issues (e.g., wrong product or damaged packaging), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
