The quality when compared to the previous time I ordered is good in terms of it being moist and juicy. The taste is good and everyone in my family enjoys it... Thank you, keep the price consistent and you will surely succeed in making a successful brand. The only thing that I feel should improve is the shelf life as these days people are health conscious and will not consume so much sugar in 3 months.

Fennel seed use to be green one, then taste will be better my suggestion as smoothness was expected as Banarasi Pan.

SURAT- BARODA IS NOT THE LONG DISGTANCE YET THE ORDER NO. 15242 PLACED ON 29TH MAY 2026 IS NOT DELIVERED. THE CONTACT DETAILS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, SO IT RAISES SUSPICION ABOUT ITS CREDITIBILITY. THE DELIVERY AGENT NOT RESPONDING.
સુરત- વડોદરાનું અંતર કાંઈ લાબું નથી. તોય મારો 29 મેનો ઓર્ડર ન. 15242 આજે 23 જૂન હજી સુધી પહોંચ્યો નથી. આ કંપનીનો સંપર્ક કેમ કરવો એ સમજાતું નથી.હવે તો આ કંપનીની વિશ્વસનીયતાની સામે પણ શંકા જાય છે. ડિલિવરી એજન્ટ પણ કોઈ જવાબ આપતા નથી.

Mukhwas altogether is good. I have below 2 suggestions:
1) Segregate the product in 2 combinations i.e. with and without Supari
2) Add less tutti frutti, it's good but it's not fitting in the correct proportion.
